Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds/exchanges on items that are simply unwanted/change of mind.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, then we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If faulty, you must provide your order information, photo evidence and/or return the product back to us and you must also notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The above applies to all lash extension/training based products. Accessories on the other hand I.e lash pads/brushes can if in an unopened condition be returned for a refund if we’ve received the return within 14 days.
